Postpartum Doula Services

Just had a baby and wondering, "Ok well now what??"

I understand!

As a postpartum doula, I am extremely passionate about caring for women postpartum! I have lived all over the world and have seen how moms in other countries and cultures are loved, revered, pampered and taken care of after the birth of their baby and I want women here in the good ole US of A to have the same!

No matter if you are a high powered career woman or stay at home domestic engineer- You all deserve the best of care, I am able to provide physical, emotional and informational support to you and your family during the postpartum period. While doing so I will respect your parenting style of the family and provide you with opportunities to ask questions or express concerns.

I understand the individualized needs of today’s families! As a mom of 4 kiddos myself, I understand the needs you’ll have on a day to day basis, while trying to get back on your feet!

I typically work in four-hour shifts. When I walk in the door, we'll sit down and figure out exactly what's needed on that particular day. Usually, I start with a chat about how the night went, or how the last few days have been. That gives me a good idea of how we'll be spending our time. Some clients have a list of priorities and needs ready for us at each visit, and that's great too!

Here's my postpartum doula dozen — the biggies that I help families with again and again!

I will provide you with:

1. Emotional support

2. Physical comfort

3. Help with Self-care
4. Infant care

5. Informational
